In this 2hr Zoom Call we will discuss a few of your high-level questions concerning destinations, airline preferences, and budgeting for upcoming travel for land, air, or cruise. We will be your groups personal concierge for passports, currency exchange, all-inclusive resorts/amenities, flights, tours/excursions, child/infant discounts, and connecting cabin cruise staterooms. We will be available for every person in your group from the beginning of the booking process until the end of the trip. Your group will have direct access for all questions and booking add-ons. This fee ensures that the client has direct concierge access from the time of booking through travel date. This also includes ADA travel needs, dietary restrictions, and airport ground transportation arrangements.
Ideal Client - Potential travelers who would like to take a trip soon, but still need to flesh out the basic details for your group of 8 people or more.
